Responsible for assisting the COO, by directing the regional personnel to further the goals and objectives of the "Super Region" as well as supporting and achieving the Company's Business Plan. The primary area of focus is portfolio management including: customer service, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, operating processes, special projects, ancillary revenue generation, personnel administration and regional communications. § Superb interpersonal and telephone communication skills to coordinate and oversee work of external vendors.

· In depth computer skills and ability to enter and manipulate words and data and use standard microcomputer-based software to communicate with others, prepare documentation , and analyze data.

· Well versed in Internal Contacts: All levels of personnel in order to gather and exchange information

. External Contacts: Tenants, contractors, vendors, and state and federal officials regarding asset management, operations, and administrative functions.
