1. Joined venture with the biggest distributor in Egyptian market

(a partner with turnover more than 6 billion Egyptian pounds) to

· Local manufacture Nerhadou products.

· Setup New pharmaceutical manufacture plant in Borg El Arab area, Alexandria Egypt to replace an old facilities owned by our partner but was not successful and after they notice our success and our rapid growth in the Egyptian market their board of directors decide to go with partnership with us , in this agreement I will be responsible for selection the product list (create new product list ,cancel old non profitable product list) prepare marketing plan for all the ranges of products in the new plant facility , responsible directly on marketing and the exporting department .

2. Direct responsibility to introduce a new product to the Egyptian market and all the Middle East in the cardiovascular sector which will be a new Era not only in Egypt but also in all Middle east countries ( A product with market plan with 150,000,000 US$)

Direct responsible on the marketing department and now we are number one product reference to IMS result of 2nd quarter 2008 in one product of our range ( in Iron preparation market total market is around 180,000,000 Egyption pound ) we get around 15 % of this market our percentage was 4% in total 2006 sales .
